Eleanor "Ellie" Marsh
Eleanor Marsh, 88, of Cedarville, passed peacefully at Cedarville Manor on September 21st. She taught third grade at Lincoln Elementary for 31 years and was a longtime member of First Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters, five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. A service will be held Saturday, October 3rd, at 11 AM at First Baptist, with burial to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Harold "Hal" Denny
Harold Denny, 75, died September 20th at his farm south of town. He farmed the Denny homestead for over 50 years and served two terms on the county fair board. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth. Visitation will be held Friday from 4 to 7 PM at Combs Funeral Home, with services Saturday at 10 AM.
Carol Whitfield
Carol Whitfield, 81, of rural Cedarville County, passed away September 19th at her home. She was a founding member of the county historical society and volunteered at the library for over two decades. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cedarville Public Library. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
